新港奉天宮首度開放網路報名點燈，委託菩提居執行『萬壽平安聚財燈』。
新港奉天宮香火鼎盛，每年的大年初一和初四，全台信眾必定拜訪祈求開台媽祖和金虎爺能保佑平安，求取錢母賜財，總是人潮洶湧，徹夜排隊進宮祈福。媽祖慈悲，體恤諸多信眾無法因年歲漸增獲交通不便而無法親自前來，新港奉天宮於115年首度開放網路報名點燈，委請菩提居執行『萬壽平安聚財燈』。
一盞『萬壽平安聚財燈』同時獲得開臺媽祖和金虎爺的雙庇佑，可參加大年初六的點燈法會(國曆114年2月3日)，以及新港奉天宮四年一度的元宵遶境法會(國曆114年2月12日)。參加點燈的信眾大名將恭奉在五樓凌霄寶殿的媽祖座前，也將會掛在元宵遶境法會的花車上，一同參與繞境。
除此之外，參與『萬壽平安聚財燈』點燈，還能額外獲贈珍貴的霸氣虎皮檀108唸珠和虎皮檀辟邪無事牌，以及由新港奉天宮董事長親自為信眾祈求的虎爺錢母，可獲得開台媽祖和金虎爺護佑前途光明、健康、化太歲、保平安、進五方財、招財、補財庫、開智慧等福報。
參加新港奉天宮萬壽平安聚財燈的點燈意義非凡，不僅減少交通勞頓和徹夜排隊之辛苦，還能將點燈的位置安排在最接近媽祖的凌霄寶殿，承接最直接的神恩。而兩場法會的規模非常神聖隆重，將有十九尊神明降臨，頌唱十一部經文(如下)，實屬珍貴難得的機會。

Xingan Fengtian Temple Launches Online Registration for Lighting Ceremony, Entrusting pu ti with the "Longevity, Peace, and Wealth Prayer Light "
Xingan Fengtian Temple, renowned for its vibrant worship culture, sees throngs of devotees from across Taiwan visiting on the first and fourth days of the Lunar New Year to seek blessings from the Taiwan pioneering Mazu and the Golden Tiger God. These visits, often marked by overnight queues, are aimed at praying for peace and prosperity, and obtaining symbolic "money mother coins” for wealth.
To accommodate elderly devotees and those facing travel challenges, the temple has launched its inaugural online registration system in 2025. The temple has commissioned pu ti to manage the "Longevity, Peace, and Wealth Prayer Light" program.
Blessings from Both Mazu and the Golden Tiger God
Lighting a "Longevity, Peace, and Wealth Lantern" provides the dual protection of Mazu and the Golden Tiger God. Participants will be included in two grand ceremonies:
- Lighting Ceremony on Lunar New Year’s Sixth Day (February 3, 2024)
- Lantern Festival Procession, Held Every Four Years (February 12, 2024)
The names of participants will be honored before Mazu in the Lingxiao Hall on the temple's fifth floor and displayed on the floats during the Lantern Festival procession, allowing participants to partake in the grand event.
Exclusive Blessings and Offerings
Participants in the "Longevity, Peace, and Wealth Pray Light" program will receive:
- A Tiger-Skin Sandalwood 108 Prayer Beads
- A Tiger-Skin Sandalwood Protective Amulet
- A Tiger God Money Mother Coin, specially prayed over by the temple's chairman
These items symbolize blessings for a bright future, good health, resolution of karmic obstacles, protection, financial stability, wisdom, and general prosperity under the guardianship of Mazu and the Golden Tiger God.
Significance of Participation
Joining this program not only spares devotees the hardships of travel and overnight queuing but also places their Pray Light in the revered Lingxiao Hall, closest to Mazu’s divine presence.
The two ceremonies are majestic and solemn, featuring the presence of 19 deities and the chanting of 11 sacred scriptures:
